A Breif Update Of Sorts

It's definitely been a variable weekend.
Just updating to quickly mention how AMAZING Collectormania 15 was in Milton Keynes this weekend.
Photos of various guests including Philip Glenister, Leonard Nimoy and Nathan Fillion will be up tomorrow, as well as pictures of the numerous cosplayers and wonderful Star Warriors.
On the other hand, after a sleep deprived weekend and a long journey home yesterday, staying up for the election results was painful, made doubley so by the victory of the BNP, who most of you will know I've spent the past month or so campaigning against. Worse, they're in here, in the North West, and in Yorkshire and the Humber, where I'll be living next year. Goody. But it's not over, the campaign goes on, we just have to grapple with their renewed funds, legitimacy and power too this time. I have never felt so sickened as the moment at 2am this morning when Griffin's name was announced, accompanied by the cheers of the fascists and his own ';peace sign' waving about. A very sad day.
I can only hope that this platform exposes them for the Nazis that they are. And elected on the weekend of the 65th anniversary of D-Day too, there's so much wrong with that.
Anyway, you can expect more on this from me, and photos from this weekend up in the next few days.
Also looking forward to, yet also dreading, the last episode of Ashes to Ashes tonight.
