I don't want to get spoilery so that's more or less all I will say.
God so good.
I cried.  And laughed a lot.  So brilliant.
"I always loved it when you called me old girl."  SO SAD.
And the "pull to open" scene, only a proper Whovian notices these things.  Oh Neil.
And all the flashback goodness on Confidential just completed the whole thing.
Brilliant, best in ages.
